Digital File Checklist Have all job elements been sent? Page layout file All placed image files Font suitcases (printer and screen fonts) True to size laser print Printed directory of file names Are all images at least 300 dpi? Have all images been linked correctly? Are all fonts MAC PostScript fonts? Are all fonts included (screen and printer)? Have all colors been defined correctly? Colors MUST be process colors. (CMYK) Color names specified in imported EPS files must match color names in page layout software. All disks should be labeled with your company’s name. Include a business card. Print window list of file names and highlight which files are to be output. Have you included your contact phone number? We will email you or call you if we have problems with your files.
