When a business has more than one location, you must include exact location. If a question doesn’t apply to your lifestyle, please answer N/A. Please read the Official Rules and About Reporting the Results for further information.

Only one survey per person will be used. Winner agrees to allow State College magazine to use his or her name and/or image in the magazine and/or on its Web site. Contest is not open to employees of Sample Media. Winner of the prize package will be chosen at a random drawing of all properly completed entries, received by August 13, 2010. No purchase necessary to be considered for the prize. If the initial entrant drawn cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be chosen.

When reporting the results, we reserve the right to segment some categories, in order to fairly represent voters’ notations. For example: In the category of the Best Burger, we may announce two winners, the best among the national franchises or chains and the best among the unique, locally spun establishments. Votes which are obviously promoting only one establishment will not be counted. In case of establishments with
multiple locations, the votes without a specific location will not be considered.
