Ticket reservation form

Thank you for your support. As a State College Magazine’s Chefs on Stage sponsor, you are entitled to 10 complimentary tickets to the Chefs on Stage event on September 17, sponsor VIP reception starting at 5 p.m. at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center in State College. We hope you will take advantage of this offer. However, in order to process the registration as smoothly as possible, we need to know the names of the people who will attend the event, in advance, to prepare their nametags and bid slips.

After we receive the names of your guests, we will send out invitations with the details of the event. Each guest will also receive a ticket, which will admit him/her to the event.

*Please keep in mind the deadline for submission of names. If we do not receive the names of your guests by September 10, 2007, we will assume that you are not interested in attending and use your tickets for those on the waiting list. Thank you for your cooperation.
