WPSU’s Connoisseur’s Dinner

Award-winning chef John Folse shared his signature Cajun cuisine, “A Taste of Louisiana,” for the 25th annual WPSU Penn State Connoisseur’s Dinner and Auction on Feb. 4 at the Nittany Lion Inn. Folse, who returned to the WPSU event for the third time, has been honored during his career as the American Culinary Federation’s National Chef of the Year and by the Louisiana state legislature and governor.
