51st Annual Arts Fest


This year’s Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts brought more than a quarter of a million people to downtown State College. From the favorite water buckets on Allen Street to local music on Old Main Lawn, the Arts Fest scene is always a place to be seen. Photos by Patrick Mansell.
